Astoria enjoyed watching the sunset the light was calmer than that at mid-day and during the sunrise, it was a much prettier light more delicate and had much more variety in mild tones allowing them to blended together like fine art and wine with the right cheese it was amazing, there were in many respects no words to describe the sheer amazement and elusive beauty behind a sunset from her mind. She did not often come outside to watch the sunset, not at Hogwarts at least normally she did such an action in the clock tower or from the windows in the library but today it had been a beautiful day and not so bright as to hurt her eyes.
It was another reason she hated the sunrise and mid-day the sun and light was bright not subtle not calm and gentle it was harsh and burnt her eyes, the sunset was not like that it was much calmer more gentle and more simple and spectacular than the others, much like watching the stars of the night sy just with less sparkle. Her thoughts had distracted her from the recent activity occurring behind her and it was not until a twig snapped did she sit up straight from the rock in which she had been happily resting upon and looked over her shoulder did she find someone who seemed to be walking in her direction but alas one could never be certain if they were coming towards you or simply motioning to go around you.
"What are you doing?" she enquired in a stern yet somewhat gentle tone, clearly spoken not a whisper like her words were sometimes. She did not turn to fully address them but she kept her eyes on them. Yes she knew they were there.
